Message: This place is OK. I actually preferred Lowes over Home Depot for years, but now I'm leaning the opposite.. First, the customer experience at this place has degraded quite a bit since my review about 3 years back. There are so many people working, but most of them kinda idle / don't know what you need to do. Two cases in point.. First, I ordered something online, then do pickup. The pickup was ready within 5 minutes (nice! ), but upon getting there, the locker scanners didn't work. Then I had to call customer help, and there were so many employees who were just standing around, idly chatting, and kept telling me to wait for someone to help me. After quite a well, a helpful woman showed up and fetched my package -- but it wasn't in the lockers, just sitting on some shelf. It'd been much faster and less frustrating if I just picked out these two items myself.. Another time, we returned a carpet sample. It was just outside of return period, and the store took it back. However, the wait for someone to do something was probably 10 minutes. There was not a lack of employees, just lack of someone who can actually do something.. When I entered the store recently, it looked really dark, and uninviting. Back few years ago, it was bright, with helpful people. Now, it feels like it's filled with people, but only a few knows what is going on.. I'd likely not go to Lowes in the future if I have to do pickup / buy anything that require human interaction. Home Depot, for their business, feels more inviting.

Message: Amazing customer service! Grill was assembled on arrival. Only thing I could not get help loading. I waited 30 Minutes’s finally managed to load myself.

Message: Michael, Charlie, Kelly, Tony, Adrian and Jackie all worked together to take a disaster and turn it into something as good as it could be. They are the perfect example of teamwork and how customer care is truly handled. I can't say enough about how this turned out - a grill delivery that was an absolutely terrible experience turned me into a big time return customer to this particular Lowe's. Thank y'all for all that you did!

Message: This location seems to have had a major turnaround in employee enthusiasm and organization. I'm installing new flooring and these guys completely formed a team to help me out and solve problems and get the best deal. Shout out to Paul (flooring) and Daniel (delivery coordinator) and the whole team at this location. Keep up the awesome work!

Message: Always have what I need with reasonable prices and friendly staff.. Used to be Orange (The Home Depot) but turned Blue (Lowe's).. their plant selection is better. We were looking for a bird bath and started at The Home Depot since that was my go-to home improvement store. We went to Lowe's because we didn't find a concrete bird bath that we like at the orange store. Low and behold (pardon the pun), Lowe's had exactly the right type of bird bath and while there we noticed their plan selection was better than the other guy. Been going ever since and haven't been disappointed. Even got a Lowe's credit card because they offer a discount.. The only thing I get from the Orange store now is Tool Rentals. They have a great selection.
