Message: My nephew moved there recently and his apartment looks clean and spacious and appears to be a good deal for the money. I'm proud of my nephew for finding it and working through all the details himself moving out of his parents home and taking on his living quarters responsibility. The apartment management keeps things clean and tidy and I saw workmen making repairs on several buildings while I was there. It appears the place will be getting a new paint job soon. I gave a 4 star because of the overflowing trash area. That needs to be addressed or varmints will make it unsafe for residents to approach the receptacles.

Message: This is a very nice upscale community in China Spring. lots of houses and many streets. If you don't pay close attention, you can very easily find yourself not knowing which way is the way out! Very beautiful houses. This community should have it's own zip code!
