Message: We moved in to our Braselton Home a little over a month ago and could not be more pleased! Stephanie Landgraf was so wonderful throughout the entire building process. Our communication with her was impeccable and she was so helpful ensuring we understood each step. She helped us out tremendously when we had last minute issues with the mortgage company we had chosen. At that time she introduced us to Ame Ferguson with Third Coast/Caliber. Another God-sent! She was just as wonderful to work with and made the entire process with our VA loan so easy and simple. They both made us feel so at ease the entire time and were so patient and understanding. Our completed, beautiful home went above and beyond our satisfaction and expectations and we are so thrilled and happy. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for a few added features from Braselton we noticed on moving day. We had only 1 minor issue to report on our 30 day warranty list- simply the stair case to the attic was slightly longer than needed to be. When I reported this issue I received an email back from the Warranty Department within 24 hours and had our appointment scheduled. Adam was great, as he was during our final walk through, and helped us get our small issue resolved. Each and every person on the Braselton team we worked with made us feel so much at ease and important. We were truly cared about and I cannot express how much gratitude we have. We are proud members of the Braselton community and would highly recommend a Braselton home to anyone. In fact, I already have and soon enough there should be another happy home buyer!

Message: Just had a house built and very satisfied with the outcome. Clay took care of us through the whole process he really made the process smooth and hassle free. Justin does a great job with the contractors to make sure the house is just the way you want it. These guys are great and I recommend if you are looking for a new house Braselton is the way to go.

We checked with other builders in Corpus Christi but the finish work in the Braselton homes far surpassed what we found elsewhere. The sales staff were responsive and helpful, especially Alma. Message: I have recently bought my second Braselton Home and I love it! I love the size of it, I love the storage, and I love the layout. There houses are extremely energy efficient and they take great pride in the quality of detail. My electric bill is so cheap! My first home I built from the ground up which was such a fun and easy process. I lived there almost five years, and that home sold within 3 days of listing. Then I bought a larger spec home, meaning it was already built. I love the neighborhood and everything about my house. The sales staff and superintendents are really nice and helpful. My neighbors are friendly and it's a very family oriented neighborhood.
