Message: First time visiting the store. It's a smaller store than expected, very neat and organized. Products are always coming out from the back. The ladies taking merchandise from the back were polite and helpful. When it came time to purchase, it was a different story. Customer service was not up to par during the transaction nor when it comes to being helped with furniture.

Message: Nice store good prices, friendly volunteers. Short haired blond manager definitely either needs a break or a Xanax. She is high strung, her body language attitude is very obvious. Maybe give her a break to regroup or get someone new. The store deserves a 5 star but customer service is everything now in days so it's a 3 for me until then.
