Message: We purchased a new carefree home in 2018. I noticed Recently that my energy efficient double panel picture window had condensation inside. We inspected the window and no cracks were found, so it was not properly installed. I contacted carefree and told me alpine windows are the window company and I would have to make a claim with them. After 2 months of trying to work with alpine warranty, I contacted carefree and spoke with veronica, who assisted me with finding a company to replace the window. Within a week of Veronica's help the window was replaced at no cost to me.
