Message: I work here now so I'm a little biased. But I have been told we are better than the home Depot down the road. Has better prices than the Best buy across the street. And our staff is far friendlier and easier to get along with then either of them.

Message: Went to check out with my gift card and the guy at the self check out could not help me. So I had to go all the way to cyst service and she could barley help me. Had to ring it up on 2 different computers to get it rung out. Lowes should make the gift cards so the customer is not inconvenienced. Should be easy peasy and it is not.

Message: Great place that doesn't require military vets to use an app in order to be eligible for a discount. The staff is very friendly and helpful; on a couple occasions even had some of them help load heavy items into the truck without even having to ask. Basically, they beat their biggest competitor hands down going the extra mile that the other guys can't even come close to.
