Message: Built a home from the ground up with Montecello. This was our first new home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Project manager Kenny is as good as it gets. Anything we asked for got a quick response and I never had to follow up. He is a rare find in this business. He genuinely cared about giving us exactly what we wanted. 2800sq/ft build took about 10 months as expected. We received an update every week. We had three builders to choose from in this community we had the best sales experience with Tracy. We are so happy we went with Monticello.

Larry Allen was with me every step of the way as I went through the process of 1st purchasing the home from out of state sight -unseen, then helping me as my home sale was delayed in California. Monticello went above and beyond to assure my transition was seamless and even held the home for me while they were delays on my selling side. I absolutely love my home and will forever be grateful for all that Larry and Monticello did.
